Your Palworld server's Overview page has an Active players card. It reads who is on straight from Palworld, so it works for Steam, Xbox, PS5 and Mac players alike.
See who is online
- Open your server and go to Overview.
- The Active players card lists everyone on the server, with their level, their platform and their ping in milliseconds. The number beside the title is players online out of your slots.
- The list refreshes on its own. While the server is starting or stopped, the card says it has no answer from the server: that is normal.
Kick or ban a player
- On the Active players card, open the menu on the player's row.
- Choose Kick to remove them (they can rejoin straight away) or Ban to keep them out.
- The panel bans by the player's Palworld user ID, not their name, so a ban holds even if they change their name. The ban, with that ID, is recorded in your server's Activity log.
If two players on the server have the same name, the panel refuses to guess which one you mean. Use the in-game admin commands instead (see How to become admin on your Palworld server).
Unban a player
- On the Active players card, click Bans.
- The dialog lists everyone banned on the server. Click Unban beside the player, or type their user ID, for example
steam_76561198000000000, and click Unban. - It works whether the server is running or stopped. The ban's entry in the Activity log also shows the player's name and ID.
Who can do this
Kick and ban need the console permission. Unban and the whitelist also need permission to read and create files, the same as editing the ban list by hand.
