Stop the server, make a backup, then upload your .vcdbs world file into data/Saves in Files: name it default.vcdbs to replace the current world, or keep its own name and set SaveFileLocation in data/serverconfig.json. On Windows your saves are in %AppData%\VintagestoryData\Saves. Use a world saved by the same game version as the server or an older one, since a world from a newer version may not load. Its seed, world size and climate settings come with the world.
