- Find your SteamID64 (the 17-digit number of your Steam account).
- Stop the server, then open Files, go to Servers, then into your server's folder, and open Server/Commands.dat.
- Add a new line with the Owner command followed by your SteamID64, then save the file.
- Add a line with the Cheats command if you want administrators to be able to use cheat commands such as Give.
- Start the server and join. As an administrator you can type commands in the in-game chat by starting them with @ or /.
Useful admin commands

Help | Lists all commands, or describes one command. |
