The Isle players card says No answer from the server

The panel reads who is on through its own tool inside your The Isle server. No answer from the server means that tool is not answering yet. That is normal while the server starts or is stopped.

When it is normal

• The server is starting: the tool comes online a few seconds after the Console says the server has started. Wait for the badge to say Online, then a few seconds more.
• The server is stopped: there is nobody to ask.

Who can play, Announce and live Species changes use the same tool, so they also wait for it. While the server is stopped, whitelist, species and ban changes are saved for the next start. While it is starting, the panel asks you to try again a few seconds later.

When it does not go away

1. Check the server is running: the badge on Overview says Online.
2. Restart the server once. A server installed before 18 October 2026 needs this restart to get the tool.
3. If the card still says No answer from the server a minute after the restart, open a ticket with your server's name.
