Change Server Name and Server Password on the Settings tab, under Game Settings, then restart the server. The server writes both into the game's config when it starts.
Change them
- Open your server in the panel and click the Settings tab.
- Open Game Settings.

- Click the Server Name field and type the name players will search for. Click outside the field, or press Enter. The panel saves it.
- Click the Server Password field and type the password your players will use, or empty it for an open server. Click outside the field, or press Enter.
- Restart the server. See How to start, stop, restart and force-stop your server.
The Play with friends card on Overview then shows the new name and password, and Copy invite message copies them.
Rules
- Server Name: up to 70 characters. Double quotes and backslashes are not allowed.
- Server Password: up to 20 characters, no double quotes or backslashes. Leave it empty and anyone who finds the server can join. It is case sensitive.
Which name is which
- Server Name on Game Settings is the name the game's server list shows.
- The name at the top of the Overview page is only for you in the panel. See How to rename your server and change player slots.
Good to know
- Do not change the name or password in
Game.ini: the server writes the panel's values back at every start. - Players already in the game stay connected until the server restarts.
