How to become admin on The Isle server

1. Find your Steam64 ID, the 17 digit number that starts with 7656119. A Steam ID lookup website will show it when you enter your Steam profile address.
2. Stop the server from the panel.
3. Open Files, go to TheIsle, then Saved, then Config, then LinuxServer, and open Game.ini.
4. Find the section named [/Script/TheIsle.TIGameStateBase] and the line that starts with AdminsSteamIDs=. Type your Steam64 ID straight after the equals sign, with no quotes or spaces. If the line is missing, add it on a new line under that section name. The admin line only works under that section.
5. For each extra admin, add another AdminsSteamIDs= line with their own Steam64 ID.
6. Save the file and start the server.
7. Join the server. If you do not get admin rights, check the ID and the section name, then open a ticket with your Steam64 ID.
