How to add mods to your Mordhau server

Mordhau mods come from mod.io, not the Steam Workshop, and include new maps, weapons and rule changes that the server downloads and runs for you.

Add a mod

1. Open mordhau.mod.io and find the mod you want. The mod's number is shown on its page.
2. Open Settings, then Game Settings and put the numbers in Server Mods, separated by commas with no spaces. Only digits and commas are accepted, up to 512 characters.
3. Restart the server. It downloads the mods at this start and runs them.
4. Players who join are subscribed to the mods and given them automatically, so they do not need to install anything first.
5. To remove mods, take their numbers out of Server Mods and restart. Clearing the list puts the server back on the stock game. The downloaded files stay in the server's files, so adding a number back later needs no new download.
