Server-side plugins built for Metamod:Source and CounterStrikeSharp (the pair that replaced SourceMod for Counter-Strike 2). Plugins change how the server behaves, and players join with the normal game and install nothing.

Add a mod
- Turn on Plugin support (Metamod + CounterStrikeSharp) under Settings, then Game Settings, and restart. This installs the plugin loader only, with no plugins.
- In Files, upload each plugin into game/csgo/addons/counterstrikesharp/plugins, inside a folder named exactly like the plugin's .dll file (for example MyPlugin/MyPlugin.dll).
- Restart the server, then send rcon css_plugins list from your game console (set an RCON password first) to confirm the plugin loaded.
- Leave CounterStrikeSharp version empty to follow the latest release. Set a version (digits and dots only, like 1.0.373) only to hold a specific one, and only if you have also turned Auto-update server off to stay on an older game build.
- After a Counter-Strike 2 game update, plugins can stop loading for a few days until a matching CounterStrikeSharp release is out. The server itself keeps playing normally.
Where files go
Open Files and use these places:
- game/csgo/addons/counterstrikesharp/plugins (your plugins, one folder each)
- game/csgo/addons/counterstrikesharp/configs (plugin settings and the admins file)
- game/csgo/addons/metamod (the Metamod loader, installed for you)
Check it worked
Once the server has restarted, read the Console. A mod that loaded shows up during startup, and problems show under Errors and Warnings. See How to use the console and run commands and How to add mods, plugins and modpacks.
