Open Players in the left menu, click the Access tab and turn off Let guests join. Guests are then refused with a message, and every player must sign in with a BeamMP account. A guest has no BeamMP ID, so turning guests off is the way to keep out someone you cannot ban.
Turn guests off
- Open your server in the panel and click Players in the left menu.
- Click the Access tab. The Guests card explains:
A guest plays without a BeamMP account, so they have no BeamMP ID to ban. - Turn off Let guests join. The card says
Guests are refused with a message. Signed-in players still join.

On a running server it applies at once. Guests already on stay until they leave; kick them from the Players tab if needed.
The Allow Guests setting
Your server also has BeamMP's own Allow Guests switch in Settings, Game Settings. Either one being off keeps guests out.
If Allow Guests is off, the Access tab says Guests are also off in the startup settings and that guests are refused whatever its switch says. To let guests in again, turn Allow Guests on (the Open Startup button takes you there), restart the server, and turn Let guests join on.
The Access tab's switch needs the PlayNHost tools and applies without a restart. Allow Guests works without the tools but needs a restart.
Change the message guests read
On the same tab, under What a refused player reads, type your own text in Guest while guests are off and click Save messages. For example, ask them to sign in to BeamMP first.
Good to know
- The Guests number at the top of the Players page says Allowed or Refused.
- Guests turned away show on the Chat tab under Turned away, as
was turned away: guests are off. - Changing the switch needs Use the console and the files permissions Read contents and Create and upload.
