What is a BeamMP Dedicated Server?
A BeamMP dedicated server is your own private multiplayer instance of BeamNG.drive, hosted 24/7 so you and your friends can join anytime to drive, crash, and explore together.
How do I set up a BeamMP server with PlayNHost?
Pick the plan and check out. The server needs a BeamMP key before it will start: create one at keymaster.beammp.com under Keys (it asks you to sign in with Discord), paste it into the BeamMP Auth Key field in Settings and press Start. The Go live card on the Overview walks you through the key, name, tags, map and public listing.
Can I use mods or custom maps?
Yes. The Mods & maps page takes .zip files up to 4 GB each, or a download link, and shows what each zip contains. You can switch a mod off without deleting it, choose the server map from stock and mod maps, upload Lua server plugins, and install the Nickel moderation plugin in one click. Full SFTP file access is included too.
Can I get help if I'm stuck or new to this?
