A map named like Lilac_ followed by a long string of letters and numbers was saved by a DDNet client, which adds that code to every map it downloads. Your server gives it its plain name, Lilac.map, by itself at the next start.
What the Maps page shows
The row says Saved by a DDNet client; becomes and the plain name at the next start. Restart the server and the map has its plain name. To rename it now, click the pencil button on the row. The page says Renamed to and the plain name.
On a server set up before the Console reached DDNet, the row says Saved by a DDNet client; use Rename to give it its plain name instead. Click the pencil button on the row.
If a map with the plain name is already on the server, the long one keeps its name and the row has no pencil. Delete one of the two first.
Why it matters
Votes and the start map use the plain name. Start on this map gives the map its plain name before it makes it the start map. The raised-hand vote button refuses a name this long, so rename the map first. See How to choose the start map of your DDNet server.
Avoid it
Upload maps on the Maps page with their plain names, from your editor's own files, rather than copying them from your DDNet client's downloads folder.
