- In Settings, then Game Settings, set your own Admin Password (1 to 100 characters: letters, numbers, dashes and underscores only) and restart the server.
- Join the server in game, then press the Tab key to open the console.
- Type EnableCheats followed by a space and your admin password, then press Enter. You are now an admin for that session.
- Run admin commands with the prefix cheat or admincheat in front of them, for example admincheat SaveWorld.
- To run a command from the panel instead, open the Console tab and type it without the prefix, for example SaveWorld.
- There is no list of named admins: anyone who knows the Admin Password and types EnableCheats becomes an admin for that session, so share the password only with people you trust.
Useful admin commands

God | Makes your character invulnerable. Works only in game, not in the panel Console. |
In the in-game console (press Tab), commands need the prefix cheat or admincheat in front of them after you have run EnableCheats with the Admin Password. In the panel Console tab, type the command without the cheat prefix and without EnableCheats (for example SaveWorld). Commands such as Fly and God act on a player character, so they work only in game. See How to use the console and run commands.
