How to become admin on The Forest server

1. Set the Admin Password setting to a password of your own (6 to 20 characters: letters, numbers, dashes, underscores) and restart the server. Do this before anyone joins.
2. Join the server and enter that password when the game asks for the admin password.
3. Press Enter in game to open multiplayer chat and type admin commands that start with a slash. Type /help to list the commands your version supports.
4. Separately, the F1 developer console is a cheat console on your own PC and is not the same as server admin commands.
