The Icarus players card says No answer from the server

No answer from the server means the panel asked your Icarus server how many players are on, on its query port, and got no reply. That is normal while the server is starting or stopped.

When it is normal

The badge says Offline, Starting or Stopping.
The server has just turned Online. Give it a minute and look again.

When it stays while the server is Online

Check that players can join. If they can, the server works and only the count is missing. Nothing needs fixing for play.
Restart the server once.
