Your Enshrouded server shows as full

Check Reserved slots under Settings, Gameplay Settings, and the slot count on Overview. Reserved slots make the server look full to everyone outside that group.

Check the players online

On Overview, the Active players card shows how many are on, for example 4 / 8. If the count is lower than the slot limit and friends still cannot get in, reserved slots are the usual cause.

Lower the reserved slots

1. Click the Settings tab. Under Config files, click Gameplay Settings.
2. Check Reserved slots under Admins and under Players who join with the Server Password.

3. Set them to 0, or to a smaller number.
4. Click Save & restart.

Raise the slot limit

The limit might be lower than you think. Click Edit slots on the Active players card and check the number. If it is already at your plan's limit, upgrade your plan. See How to change player slots on your Enshrouded server.

Still full

Check the Active players card against the people you expect. A restart disconnects everyone and clears stuck connections, so tell your players first. Open a ticket if the server still says it is full with fewer players on.
