How to change player slots on your DDNet server

Click Edit slots on the Active players card of your server's Overview page, choose the number and click Update. The server restarts so DDNet uses the new limit.

Change the slots

1. Open your server in the panel. You land on Overview.
2. On the Active players card, click Edit slots.

3. In the Edit Player Slots window, choose the number. The window says how many players your plan allows.
4. Click Update. The server restarts, so players are disconnected for a moment.

Good to know

• Max Players on Settings, Game Settings shows the same number. It is read only there: change it with Edit slots.
• If you made the server public with the preset, some slots are kept free for staff, and the card and the browser show that many fewer free slots. See How to make your DDNet server public and add moderators.
