How to see who is online on your 7 Days to Die server

Type listplayers, or lp for short, in the Console tab of your server. The game lists everyone who is online, with their name and IDs.

List the players

1. Open your server in the panel and click the Console tab. The server must be Online.
2. Type listplayers and press Enter.
3. Read the answer: one line per player, with the player's in-game ID, their name and their platform ID. A Steam player's platform ID starts with Steam_.

Admins can type the same in the game's console with F1.

Use the IDs

Commands that act on a player take the name, the in-game ID or the platform ID:

• make someone admin: How to become admin on your 7 Days to Die server
• kick or ban: How to kick and ban players on your 7 Days to Die server
• whitelist: How to set up a whitelist on your 7 Days to Die server

The platform ID is the safest, because it stays the same when a player changes their name.

On the Overview page

When the game answers the panel's player query, the Overview page also shows an Active players card with who is on and for how long. If the card is missing or says No answer from the server, use listplayers: it always works while the server is online.
