Type the game's own commands in the Console tab: kick and the player's name to remove them, ban add with the player, a duration and a unit to ban them, and ban remove to lift a ban. The panel has no kick or ban buttons for 7 Days to Die, so the Console is the way.
Find the player
Type listplayers in the Console to see who is online, with their names and IDs: How to see who is online on your 7 Days to Die server. Every command below takes the player's name, their in-game ID or their platform ID, such as Steam_ followed by their 17-digit Steam ID. Use the platform ID for a ban: it still matches if they change their name, and it works while they are offline.
