How the referral programme works

Invite a friend to PlayNHost and take a share of their first order as account credit. It is free, there is nothing to sign up for, and your link is already in your account.

Find your link

1. Open the panel and click Referrals in the top menu.
2. On the Friends tab, under Your link, copy the Referral link.

Anyone who registers through your link is yours for 60 days.

Referral credit is for customers. If you do not have a server yet, your link records sign-ups but does not pay. Once you have a server, anyone already recorded against your account can still earn you credit when they order.

How it works

1. Send someone your link. Anyone who registers a new PlayNHost account through it is recorded against yours.
2. They order a game server. Their first order of US$5.00 or more earns you 25% of what they actually pay, after discounts and before tax.
3. The credit lands on your balance 14 days after they pay, so a refund is settled before anything is paid out. It then covers renewals and anything else you buy from us.

What you get

• 25% of your friend's first order (what they pay for it, after discounts and before tax), up to US$25.00. Top-ups and gift cards do not count.
• It is paid once per person, not on their renewals.
• You can earn up to US$250.00 from referrals in any twelve months.
• It is account balance. It pays for anything we sell, it does not expire, and it is not exchangeable for cash or transferable to another account.

Track your referrals

The Where you stand section shows four figures:

• Credit earned: on your balance now, after anything reversed.
• Clearing: rewards waiting out the 14 days.
• Friends who ordered: people who joined through your link and have bought a server.
• Link opened: how many people opened it, counted once per person per day. Your own visits are not counted.

People you invited lists everyone who registered, and updates again when they order.

Spend your credit

Credit is used automatically on your next invoice, before a card is charged. See How to use account credit and redeem a gift card.

Creators and communities

If you send customers regularly, the Partner Programme pays cash instead. See How the Partner Programme works.
