Players can ask the admins for help from inside the game. Those tickets appear on the Players page, on the Tickets tab, marked Open or Answered. Type a reply under a ticket and click Reply in game: your message goes to everyone on the server, starting with the player's name.
Read and reply
- Open your server in the panel and click Players in the left menu.
- Click the tab Tickets. Each ticket shows who sent it, what they wrote and whether it is Open or Answered.
- In the box under a ticket ("Reply in game to" and the player's name), type your answer.
- Click Reply in game. The panel says "Sent to the server".

The page explains how it works: "Players send these from the game. Reply here and your message goes to everyone on the server, starting with the player's name. To answer and close a ticket in the game itself, use the admin menu in game."
Good to know
- The reply is a server message, so everyone online sees it, as the box says: "Everyone on the server sees it." Keep private matters for a private chat in the game.
- A reply takes letters, numbers, spaces and simple punctuation, up to 200 characters, without quotes.
- The server must be running to reply: "Start the server to reply." You can still read the tickets while it is stopped.
- Replying here does not mark a ticket as answered in the game. Close it from the game's admin menu.
- With no tickets the tab says "No tickets" and "When a player asks the admins for help in game, it shows here."
