Yes. An ARK: Survival Ascended server on PlayNHost takes PC, Xbox and PlayStation players together, because its Crossplay setting is on by default. Console players find it in the unofficial server list. The one limit is mods: console players can only load mods marked for every platform on CurseForge.
The platforms
ARK: Survival Ascended servers accept players from these platforms, according to the platform list on the ARK wiki: PC on Steam, PC from the Microsoft Store, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. ARK: Survival Evolved is a different game: its players cannot join an Ascended server, and the other way round.
The Crossplay setting
- Open your server in the panel and click the Settings tab.
- On Game Settings, find Crossplay. It is on for a new server.

- Leave it on for a server with Xbox or PlayStation friends. If you change it, restart the server.
With Crossplay on, the server starts with every platform allowed. The ARK wiki also notes that a server started with no platform choice at all allows every platform, so switching Crossplay off is not a reliable way to keep consoles out. To keep strangers out, set a Server Password: How to change your ARK: Survival Ascended server name and password.
Mods on a crossplay server
The panel's own text for Crossplay says: Console players can only load mods that are marked for every platform on CurseForge. Check each mod's CurseForge page before you add it. See How to add mods to your ARK: Survival Ascended server.
