In Settings: the world name (a new name starts a new world and keeps the old one on disk), the join password, the difficulty preset (Story, Solo, Normal, Hard or Custom, applied when a world is first created) and automatic updates. The finer values, such as enemy aggression, drops and horde frequency, are in MoriaServerConfig.ini, which you open in the panel's config editor.
Does it support mods?
Yes, as files. Return to Moria loads any mod pak placed in its mods folder, which the Modding tab points to. There is no Workshop for this game, so mods come from Nexus Mods. A mod is usually three files with the same name ending .pak, .ucas and .utoc, and all three go in together. Everyone who joins needs the same mods, and modding this game is known to be unstable, so take a backup first.
