How to send a message to every player on your 7 Days to Die server

Type say followed by your message in quotes in the Console, for example say "Restart in 5 minutes". Everyone on the server sees it in the game's chat. Keep the quotes: without them the game sends only the first word.

Send it now

1. Open your server in the panel and click the Console tab.
2. Type say " and your message, then ", and press Enter.

Use Announce to Players

1. Click Quick Tasks in the left menu.
2. Under All tasks, find Announce to Players: Shows a message to everyone on the server.
3. Click Run. The Configure task window opens and asks for the Message.
4. Type the message and click Save task. The task is saved under Your tasks with your message.
5. Click Run on your saved task to send it. The panel puts the quotes around the message for you.

Pin the saved task to the Overview page with Pin to overview to send it in one click.

Send it on a schedule

On your saved task, open its menu and choose Schedule…. Give the schedule a name, choose when it runs and click Schedule. A good use is a warning a few minutes before a scheduled restart: How to restart your 7 Days to Die server on a schedule.
