Yes. Trouble in Terrorist Town ships with Garry's Mod: set Gamemode to terrortown in Settings and run a TTT map (their names start with ttt_), for example one from your Workshop collection. For DarkRP, add the DarkRP addon (Workshop ID 248302805) to your collection and set Gamemode to darkrp.
