Your The Isle server does not show in the server list

Most often the server has just started and is not listed yet, the game is not on the evrima beta, or the name searched is not the server's. Work through the checks below.

Check 1: the server is running

On your server's Overview page the badge must say Online. The Console shows LoadMap Load map complete /Game/TheIsle/Maps/Game/ when the server is ready.

Check 2: give it a few minutes

A server registers in the list 2 to 5 minutes after it starts. After a restart, wait a few minutes and search again.

Check 3: the game is on evrima

In Steam, right-click The Isle, choose Properties, then Betas, and choose evrima. Let Steam update the game. Without the beta, the game shows other servers.

Check 4: the Unofficial list and the right name

Your server is in the Unofficial list. Search for the name on the Play with friends card on Overview, the Server name row. It is the Server Name on Settings, Game Settings, not the name at the top of the panel page. If you changed the name, the server must restart before the list shows the new one.

Check 5: the same game build

After a game update, a server on the old build can be missing for players on the new one. Restart the server so it installs the newest build: How to update your The Isle server.

Still missing?

Look in the Console for the line [playnhost] Server list address: ... and send it to support in a ticket, with your server's name. See also The Isle server problems and fixes.
