How to become admin on your Abiotic Factor server

1. Find your SteamID64, the long number that identifies your Steam account. Administrator access by this method works for Steam players only, not for PS5 or Xbox players.
2. Stop the server.
3. In Files, open AbioticFactor, then Saved, then SaveGames, then Server and edit the file Admin.ini. If Admin.ini is not there, create it with the heading [Moderators] on its first line.
4. Under the [Moderators] heading add one line per administrator in the form Moderator=76561198000000000, replacing the number with that player's SteamID64.
5. Save the file and start the server, then join with that Steam account. Administrators get extra moderation options in the game; in hardcore mode, for example, they can revive scientists.
