Your server's settings live in murmur.ini. Open Settings in the panel and choose murmur.ini under Config files, or edit the file in Files with the server stopped.

Good to know
- Change settings with the server stopped and start it again.
- A mistake in the file can stop the server starting. Back up first: How to back up and restore your Mumble server.
- Do not change the port or the
usersline; they are reset at the next start.
