Bot plans are cheap because most bots use very little. These rules keep that true for everyone.
Not allowed
- Crypto mining or any other work that uses the CPU for something other than running a bot.
- Spam or scraping: bots that send unwanted messages, collect data from people who did not agree to it, or break the rules of the sites they read.
- Selfbots: programs that log in with a normal user account's token instead of a bot token. Discord does not allow this, and it can get the account banned.
- Port scanners, DDoS or stress tools, or anything used to attack other systems.
- Proxies, VPNs or tunnels that carry other people's traffic.
- Anything illegal where you live or where the server is.
What we limit
Every plan has a memory limit, a CPU share, a disk limit and one network port. Sending email directly from the server is blocked, so use a mail service's own web interface or API if your bot sends emails.
