GAME SERVERS
Game PanelSatisfactory servers are not browsed. You add them by address in the game's own Server Manager, and the first person to connect claims the server.
Find your address
Open your server at https://panel.playnhost.com. The overview shows the IP and the port assigned to SERVER_PORT. Satisfactory also uses a separate reliable messaging port, which players never type in.
Add the server in game
- Launch Satisfactory and open the Server Manager from the main menu.
- Click Add Server.
- Enter the address as
203.0.113.10:7777, using your own IP andSERVER_PORT. - Confirm. The server appears in your list.
Claim the server on first connect
A brand new server is unclaimed and will ask you to take ownership before anything else:
- Enter a server name. This is only shown in your own Server Manager list.
- Set an admin password. Anyone with this password gets full control, so make it long.
- Optionally set a client password, which players must enter to join at all.
Once claimed, you can create a new game or load a save from the Server Manager.
What to give your friends
Send them the IP:PORT line and the client password if you set one. Each player adds the server in their own Server Manager. They do not need the admin password.
Starting a world
In the Server Manager, open your server and use Create Game to start a fresh save, choosing the starting area and the advanced game settings. The server then loads that save and stays on it until you switch.
If the server does not respond
- Check the panel console. Satisfactory logs its startup and reports when it is ready. On a fresh install the first start also downloads the game files.
- Confirm you used the
SERVER_PORTvalue from the server overview. - If the Server Manager shows the server as offline but the panel says it is running, remove the entry and add it again. The client caches a failed state.
- After a Satisfactory update the client and server must be on the same version and branch. Restart the server so it pulls the new build.
