What is Mumble?
Mumble is free voice chat software made for gaming groups. It has low delay, encrypted voice, channels you design yourself, and apps for Windows, Mac and Linux. You and your friends connect to your own server instead of a company's.
What does a slot mean?
A slot is one person connected at the same time. A 25-slot server fits 25 people in channels together. People who are offline do not count.
How do I connect?
Copy the server address and port from your server's Overview page, add it in the Mumble app, and join. The guide walks through it step by step.
How do I manage channels and who can speak?
Set a SuperUser password in the panel, then log in as SuperUser in the Mumble app. From there you create channels and set permissions for your group.
Do I need to buy a licence?
No. Mumble is free software, so the price you see is the whole price.
Do you offer TeamSpeak?
Not at the moment. TeamSpeak needs a paid hosting licence, so we start with Mumble, which does not.
Can I change to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Choose a bigger plan from your billing page and the slot limit changes with it.
