Which languages can I run?
Node.js, Python, Java and C#. You pick the language in the panel after you buy, and you can switch it later. Node.js runs versions 20, 22 and 24, Python runs 3.10 to 3.13, and Java runs 17 and 21.
How do I get my bot onto the server?
Upload your files in the panel's file manager or over SFTP, or give a git address and the files are downloaded for you. Packages from package.json or requirements.txt install every time the server starts.
Where do I put my bot token?
In the Discord bot token field in the panel. Your bot reads it as the environment variable DISCORD_TOKEN, so the token never has to sit in a file you might share by accident.
What happens if my bot crashes?
The server restarts it automatically. If it crashes again within a minute it stays stopped, so a bot with a bug cannot loop forever. The console shows why it stopped.
Can I run a ready-made bot instead of my own code?
Yes. Red, Muse and JMusicBot are available as one-click types. You enter the token and a few settings in the panel and the bot starts.
How much memory does a bot need?
A small bot with commands and moderation needs 128 to 256 MB. Music or a database usually needs 256 to 512 MB. Large bots that cache a lot of members can use 512 MB to 2 GB. The Starter plan has 512 MB, which covers most bots.
What is not allowed?
Crypto mining, spam or scraping bots, bots that log in with a user token (selfbots), port scanners, DDoS or stress tools, and proxies or VPNs. A server that breaks these rules is suspended.
Do you help fix my bot's code?
We keep the server running and fix anything wrong with the platform. We do not debug your bot's code, but the guides cover the common setups for each language.
