Can I set the map rotation?
Yes. Map rotation is a panel field, as is whether the server starts on the first map in it. Set the rotation, restart, and the server works through it.
Can I force first person?
Yes, first person only is a panel toggle. Communities that want the harder version of the game usually turn it on and leave it on.
Can I run a private session?
Yes. There is a join password, a separate admin password and a toggle for whether the server appears in the browser at all. A clan practice server usually wants all three set.
Is RCON available?
Yes, with its own port and password, and it can be turned off entirely if you would rather not expose it. Both are panel fields.
How much RAM does sixty players need?
The 16GB tier. Melee at that scale means a lot of simultaneous position and hit resolution, and the larger maps are not small. Twenty players is comfortable on 6GB and thirty five on 8GB.
