Does this include anti-cheat and admin plugins?
Yes. ReHLDS, ReGameDLL, ReAPI, Metamod-r and AMX Mod X are all installed automatically, which is what most CS 1.6 admin and gameplay plugins require underneath.
How many players can join?
32, on every tier. The server’s own startup line sets this and it is not configurable per plan - the tiers differ in RAM headroom, not player count.
Can I pick specific mod versions?
Yes, each component (ReHLDS, AMX Mod X, Metamod and the rest) has its own version field, defaulting to latest.
