Why does the smallest plan start at 10GB?
Because Stationeers simulates gas. Every pipe, room and canister has a real atmospheric state, and the simulation runs across the whole base continuously. That is a genuinely heavy server workload, and a small plan would produce a base that lags rather than a cheaper one that works.
Which worlds can I run?
World name is a panel field, so you choose the body your base is on. Difficulty is a separate panel field beside it.
How does saving work?
Autosave is on by default with a five minute interval, and both the toggle and the interval are panel fields. The save name is also a panel field, which matters if you want to keep separate saves for separate attempts.
Can I password protect it?
Yes, there is a server password field. Set it, restart, and only people with the password can join.
Does it update itself?
Automatic updates are on by default and there is a beta branch field if your group is following one. Turn updates off if you need to hold a build while a mod catches up.
