Questions
How do I join?
Press Join, sign in to your PlayNHost panel and press Become a partner on the Partner programme tab of the Referrals page. Your link works straight away. If you do not have an account yet, create one at panel.playnhost.com first.
How much do I earn?
A fixed amount for every new customer, set for each plan. It is shown for every plan on your partner page as soon as you join, so you know what a sale pays before you share a link.
When and how do I get paid?
Each sale is held for 30 days and then it is yours. You request a payout from your panel and we pay by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer with no fee from us.
What if the customer asks for a refund?
Our 72-hour money-back guarantee applies, and a refunded order does not earn a commission. We email you the reason. Nothing else cancels it: a customer who stops paying later does not cost you your commission.
Can I run paid ads to my link?
Yes, except on our brand name. Coupon and cashback sites need our permission first. The full rules are in the terms.
Why would a customer I sent not be credited?
The most common reason is that the visitor declined marketing cookies, which we have to respect. Others: they already had an account, they joined through another customer's referral link, or a more recent partner link replaced yours.
