How to connect to your Mordhau server

This article covers joining your PlayNHost Mordhau server and what to give your players.

1. Find your server address

1. Log in to the Client Area at https://playnhost.com/billing and open your Mordhau service.
2. Note the IP / Hostname and the ports. Mordhau uses a game port for play and a separate query port for the browser.

2. Start the server

1. Open the server in the Game Panel at https://panel.playnhost.com and click Start.
2. Watch the Console until the first map has loaded.

3. Find it in the browser

1. Launch Mordhau and open the server browser.
2. Search for your server name.
3. Clear the filters for full and password protected servers while you look.
4. Select the server and join, entering the password if one is set.

4. Join directly

1. Open the console in game.
2. Type open 123.45.67.89:7777, using your own IP and the game port from your panel.

This uses the game port, not the query port, and does not wait for the browser list.

5. What to give your players

• The exact server name for the browser.
• The open line with the game port.
• The server password, if you set one. Never the admin or RCON password.

Open a ticket from Support in the Client Area with your IP, ports and the exact error if players cannot connect.
